Language barrier: Seeking an english speaking Russian Women

All Russian women study english at school at least for seven years. If they have university or college degree they have additional about three years of english studies. More than 20% of russian women speak english well while other can communicate on a mid level. Ladies who have never used english language in their life forget it with the time and can only read and translate however because of an english base they are usually able to start speaking english fluently in 6-8 months when live in an english speaking country. Most of the Russian Women who apply to dating agencies can at least read and understand English. In bigger cities like Moscow and St. Petersburg more people speak English well than in regional cities.
